2. Custom Products
Most products sold by Attire-Creations Co. are custom-made specifically for each customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed your order details carefully.
You have selected the correct sizes, colors, quantities, and customization options.
You approve any artwork, proofs, spelling, logos, or designs provided before production begins.
Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments
Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.
5. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is generally 5–7 business days after payment and artwork approval.
Turnaround times may vary depending on:
Order size
Product availability
Holidays
Shipping carrier delays
Equipment maintenance or unforeseen circumstances
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping & Local Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Attire-Creations Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers choosing local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Because our products are custom-made, most sales are final.
8. Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted for production.
Attire-Creations Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided designs.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
9. Product Colors
We make every effort to accurately display product colors.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to:
Screen settings
Fabric types
Printing methods
Embroidery thread colors
Manufacturer variations
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, materials have been ordered, or artwork has been approved, cancellations are not permitted.
Design fees, artwork purchases, and embroidery digitizing fees are non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Attire-Creations Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that:
Contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or production limitations
If an order is canceled before production, any eligible payment will be refunded.
