Thank you for shopping with Attire-Creations Co. We appreciate your support of our small business! Please review our shipping and pickup policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and completed within 5–7 business days after payment has been received and any required artwork or proofs have been approved.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Large orders, embroidery, specialty items, or products that require additional customization may require additional production time. If your order is expected to take longer than our standard turnaround time, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping
We proudly ship nationwide within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow the shipping carrier time to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated turnaround times, Attire-Creations Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Holidays
Natural disasters
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our control
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be resent.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly assist you with locating your shipment or filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in Greenwood, Indiana.
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you’ve received confirmation that your order is complete.
Orders will be held for 30 days after the pickup notification is sent. If you’re unable to pick up your order within that timeframe, please contact us so we can make arrangements.
